Our day-of coordination service ensures everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. We'll manage the timeline, vendors, and unexpected details so you can relax and celebrate. This service does not include any pre-wedding day planning. 

Signature Package

For couples seeking a bit more guidance, our planning support offers assistance with key aspects of your wedding, providing expert advice and resources as you navigate the planning process.

Will you be my vendors point of contact?

Yes! Depending on your collection, I’ll communicate with vendors leading up to and throughout your wedding day to keep everything running smoothly. I will always be the vendor point of contact on the day of; regardless of the package selected.  

Does each package include decor set up?

Light decor setup is something we can speak about during our consultation! Placement is always included.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I proudly serve weddings throughout Washington. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area. (Maple Valley)

Do you help with wedding rehearsals?

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included with all collections to ensure everyone feels confident before the big day! 

Are you an insured business?

Yes! Atelier Avenue holds business liability insurance. 

What if i just need ceremony guidance?

Atelier Avenue offers a ceremony-only package! This includes up to 4 hours of ceremony guidance on the day of!
